About the Role

We’re looking for a Founding Design Engineer who can code first and is also properly comfortable in Figma. Someone who wants to be building the actual product, not handing off specs and waiting to see what comes back.

In this role you will:

  • Build real features in React Native, end to end, from idea to shipped

  • Work across our stack: React Native, Supabase, PostHog, Claude Code, Cursor, Grok bot etc

  • Shape how the product looks and feels, not just how it works

  • Get properly hands on with AI-native tooling as part of how you build, not as a side project

  • Sit close to Asha, Yoshi and Serena and help shape decisions that actually matter this early

Your background looks something like:

  • You can code, properly, and you’d call that your main skill

  • You’re also genuinely comfortable in Figma and care about how things look and feel, not just how they function

  • You’ve built something before that you’re proud of, even if it was small or scrappy

  • You’re curious about AI-native tools and already building with them, not just reading about them

  • You’ve worked in a startup before, or you really want to

As a person you:

  • Want to build, not just talk about building

  • Are kind. We mean that properly, not as a nice-to-have

  • Like moving fast and figuring things out as you go

  • Want to be in a room with the founders, not three layers removed from them

You’ll be one of the first proper hires at a company that’s already growing without spending a penny on ads. You won’t be executing someone else’s roadmap. You’ll help write it.

We’re based in Soho, and we’re a fun, young team who move fast, love what we do, and genuinely have the best time doing it.
