To understand user adoption and product offering better, we contacted our closest competitors, Opal and Unpluq. We connected with Caroline Cadwell, the former CEO of Unpluq for an hours discussion about her experience growing Unpluq to a million dollar company and our research on using social accountability combined with a physical key as a motivator for change.
